Before you trust it

A twin invents nothing. Here's why, and here's where it stops.

This page exists because the question deserves more than a line in an FAQ. If anything here strikes you as thin, that's useful to know — write to us.

The principle

It answers only from what it has read.

A twin isn't a general assistant with documents bolted on. It's the reverse: it starts from the documents and has nothing else.

  • Every answer shows where it came fromDocument and page. You can go back to the source and check.
  • No relevant passage, no answerIt doesn't fill gaps. It hands the question to the expert.
  • The expert sets the boundariesIt declines topics they excluded, even ones it could answer.
  • Nothing publishes without two approvalsThe expert first, our review second.
The four situations

What happens, depending on the question and the language.

The twin finds an answerIt doesn't
Language the expert follows Answer, with its source. Handed over. The expert answers personally and you're notified on WhatsApp.
Any other language Translated answer, source kept in its original language. No fallback. It asks you to rephrase in a language the expert follows.

A twin can answer in far more languages than its author can read. We show that distinction on every profile, before any payment.

What a twin isn't

The limits, stated plainly.

  • It isn't the personIt's what they wrote, made searchable. The difference matters.
  • It isn't a consultationNo twin handles a case, a patient or an individual situation.
  • It isn't completeIt doesn't know what the expert never wrote down, including things they know.
  • It isn't infallibleA source can be badly chosen or out of date. Flag it — the flag reaches the expert.
